“Politics is downstream from culture.” It is a pithy saying attributed to the late Andrew Breitbart. If this is true, one has to wonder what influences culture so that it eventually influences politics. Continue reading
The simple answer is an emphatic “No”. However, in an age where simpletons have been indoctrinated to ignore evidence, substance and context, the answer requires elucidation.
Unless the reader has been living in complete isolation during the last few days, he has become aware of the mass hysteria centered on President Donald Trump’s summit with Russian autocrat Vladimir Putin in Helsinki, Finland. According to the legacy media and many other subversives within and without government, Trump’s meeting with Putin and his subsequent remarks during Monday’s press conference are proof positive that he is a traitor, a reincarnation of Benedict Arnold. I’ve resisted commenting on the controversy surrounding Roy Moore out of Christian duty to judge according to righteous judgment and not according to appearances, waiting for all of the pertinent facts to appear. (John 7:24) That being said, I’m breaking my silence due to the glaring hypocrisies and sanctimonies that are begin left unchallenged. I ask the reader to patiently and carefully read the ensuing lines, as there is plenty of nuance to discuss.
It was recently propagated by “sportscaster” Leeann Tweeden that Senator Al Franken groped and violently kissed her during a USO Tour in 2006. The vulgar details, including photographic proof, are readily available online. Immediately after the “news” broke, Franken, the Democratic Party, the Republican Party, the leftist mainstream media and even Imbecilewood (my new name for Hollywood) celebrities undertook “damage control mode”.
Some who are well aware of the developments will question and challenge my description of what transpired. They’ll state that authentic outrage is what has mostly been on display. Not so – and I’ll prove it! Continue reading
The public boycotts have been mounting, justifiably and encouragingly so, against organizations that insist on supporting immoral thought and behavior either directly or indirectly.
First it was Target, after they announced that their bathrooms and fitting rooms would be open to “transgender” persons. Then it was Shakespeare in the Park, depicting what a Trump assassination would look like if interpreted along the lines of Julius Caesar. It has culminated with the NFL and its insistence that players be allowed to disrespect our national anthem and Old Glory. Continue reading
When the CEOs of abusive corporations decide to moralize to the rest of the country, you know you’ve got an irony problem. When reprobates who perform insignificant tasks for obscene amounts of money, such as professional athletes, actors and musicians, condescendingly sermonize and harp on about their supposed virtue, you know you’ve got an irony problem.
This hypocritical puffery is what most Americans have been increasingly exposed to throughout the past 50 years. It’s probably hit its peak, proven by how brazen those that lecture us have become about what they lecture us on and how.
Case and point and the latest examples: Tim Cook, CEO of Apple, Hollywood elites during the Emmys and Colin Kaepernick. Continue reading
I had the intention of posting an article about another topic altogether, but the disingenuous reactions to Trump’s latest declarations require our attention, scrutiny and even denunciation.
Critics from both the Right and Left have taken to their respective outlets in order to wag their sanctimonious fingers at Trump. Ben Shapiro, over at his own website, claims that Trump is legitimizing the Alt-Right through his latest declarations on the events in Charlottesville. The industrialized Marxist propaganda machine known as the mainstream media, on the other hand, continue to undertake their own Inquisition against the president in hopes of either removing him from office via scandal or by slowly draining his support so that he won’t see office again in 2020. This tactic is made plain by the fact that the press coverage is one where Trump can do no right and if he does something right no credit is given him. Continue reading
Appearances can be deceiving. Hence, it’s the primary reason the secular Left has employed lies peppered with sentimentalism in order to advance Cultural Marxism. Smokescreens are the only way they can advance their seditious agenda, otherwise, by speaking the truth about their ideas adherents would be hard to come by.
By and large, the stratagem has worked, as evidenced in this instance by the reactions many perpetually offended social justice warriors within and outside Google have proffered to a 10-page denunciation of the company’s ideological bent. Continue reading
